The international all-renewable energies fair and conference at Bella Center, Copenhagen will take place on the 23^rd – 25^th May 2013.

WasteECo-2013 presents the full line of technologies, equipment and service in the field of solid waste, wastewater and atmospheric emissions management, including recycling, waste to energy, landfills, biogas, biofuel, municipal, industrial and storm waters, off-line sewage, WWTP sludge, sludge fields, air pollution, etc.

Because of the huge success EUROSOLAR and the World Council for Renewable Energy (WCRE), in cooperation with EnergyAgency.NRW, are continuing the IRES series in 2012. The 7^th International Renewable Energy Storage Conference and Exhibition (IRES 2012) will take place at the Berlin Congress Center bcc, November 12–14, 2012.

Am 30. Oktober 2012 veranstaltet die Kommission Reinhaltung der Luft im VDI und DIN gemeinsam mit dem Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktorsicherheit und dem Umweltbundesamt im Bundesumweltministerium in Bonn das dritte KRdL–Expertenforum zum Thema Biogasanlagen.

On the 29^th of October 2012 a Transnational Forum with the main title "Biomass for Central Europe: Which Strategies for a Limited Resource?" will take place in Ceremonial Hall of the Federal Agricultural Chamber, 1014 Vienna, Schauflergasse 6. The Study Visit will be organized on the following day on the 30^th of October.

The purpose of the Transnational Forum is to discuss the subject of biomass as a source for renewable energy in Central Europe with respect to the outcomes of the project 4Biomass. The biomass potential to produce energy is remarkable in all the Central European countries, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. However, it is not unlimited.

The “Biomass Technology & Power Production” 2^nd forum will take place from October 25th – 26^th in the Hotel Wodnik in Belchatów.

Expobioenergía 2012, the 7^th edition of the international fair specialising in bioenergy, is one of the most important events at international level and it will be held in Valladolid from 23^rd to 25^th October 2012.

The AEBIOM European Bioenergy Conference organized by the European Biomass Association under the patronage of Günther H. Oettinger, Member of the European Commission, responsible for Energy is the third edition of the growing series.

4Biomass will be having a workshop during the AEBIOM European Bioenergy Conference 2012. The Workshop 1: Biomass for Heat or Electricity: Are European politics guiding us the right way? will be taking part in the Renaissance Brussels Hotel on the 25. June 2012 from 9:00–12:30.

Every year, hundreds of organizations participate in the EUSEW by hosting Energy Day events/activities that promote energy efficiency, renewable energy sources.

High–level event for biofuels in Vienna on 13. June 2012
Currently in Austria the introduction of a 10% blend of gasoline with ethanol – E10 – is subject of discussion in the media and the public. During the symposium “E10 – (k)ein Problem?” experts will discuss the subject and contribute to clear misunderstandings and uncertainties. The Austrian Federal Minister for the Environment, Mr Nikolaus Berlakovich will give the key–note speech to open the conference.

The Enterprise Europe Network (Austrian Economic Chamber and Austrian Research Promotion Agency) and the Europaforum Burgenland invite you to an International Matchmaking Event in the field of Renewable Energies. The event will be organised in collaboration with the well-known European Center for Renewable Energies of Güssing in the south east of Austria.

The “Enterprise Europe Network” office at the University of Applied Sciences Zittau⁄Görlitz organizes a brokerage event in Zittau, Germany on May 3rd. 2012. The meeting is embedded in the program of the scientific conference “Electric Energy from Biomass in distributed Applications - Technology, Economy, and Ecology”.
